Greenwich Chemical Consulting has significant experience assisting clients with TSCA new chemical notifications (PMNs) on nanoscale materials including TSCA Section 5(e) Consent Order negotiations with EPA.

OSHA and GHS

Assistance to clients under the Hazard Communication Standard including MSDSs, labeling, and related compliance practices. In addition, the firm assists clients with the requirements under the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). Conduct environmental audits and represent clients with EPA’s OECA regarding matters under TSCA and EPA’s 1995 Audit Policy.
